What does Vancouver's tech scene actually look like when you've watched it up close for a decade? William Johnson, founder of Vancouver Tech Journal, and Rob Lewis, founder of Techcouver, have both been telling that story . and living it . since the mid-2010s. William landed in Vancouver in April 2015, just as the city's startup scene was beginning to find its footing.
