Feminine Leadership as an Evolutionary Advantage in Tech
If technology is evolving at an exponential speed, why are we still leading with models designed decades ago? This session explores why the next wave of leadership in tech calls for more than the capacities traditionally valued, as AI raises the stakes for what human authority must now include. Feminine leadership brings forward forms of intelligence that most leaders were never trained to develop: relational intelligence, intuition, social awareness, and executive presence. These are not tied to gender. They are an evolutionary expansion of what serious leaders must access to read situations more accurately, respond rather than react, and influence others without relying on hierarchy or force. This interactive session is for people across tech, from founders and executives to emerging leaders and job seekers, who want to challenge the limits of the leadership models they have inherited. Participants will examine how they currently lead, recognize the patterns they default to, and leave with one concrete shift they can apply immediately to broaden their leadership capacities.
