We are building an AI-powered platform that helps investment firms streamline and automate the compliance approval process for marketing materials. Problem statement: Firms face increasing regulatory scrutiny and a growing volume of marketing content, but compliance reviews are still manual, inconsistent, and slow—creating bottlenecks and regulatory risk. Solution: Our platform solves this by embedding an AI compliance check that detects risks such as misleading statements, unsubstantiated claims, guarantees, ESG overstatements, and inappropriate tone, using Canadian regulatory frameworks. It integrates into a structured workflow where marketing creates content, Subject Matter Experts (SME) validate accuracy, and compliance provides final approval, all supported by a full audit trail. In addition, our social media monitoring agent continuously reviews firm and employee social channels and sends a daily risk digest to CCOs, enabling proactive compliance oversight. Overall, the platform unifies all marketing compliance monitoring processes into a single application, helping firms scale marketing while reducing regulatory risk.
