Marcus Acaster

I'm the founder of Benefy, a group benefits consultancy built specifically for Vancouver’s tech community. We help startups and high-growth companies replace rigid, outdated insurance models with flexible, digital-first solutions that align with modern company culture. We specialize in designing benefit plans that scale alongside your funding rounds. By focusing on Health Spending Accounts and tech-forward platforms, we remove the administrative burden from founders and HR leaders. My goal is to ensure your benefits package serves as a powerful tool for talent attraction and retention in a competitive market. We believe benefits should be a strategic investment rather than a line item. We partner with you to build a culture of care that protects your team and supports your bottom line, all while keeping the process simple and transparent.
