We are building StreetKey, an API that computes a 0–100 score for each city grid cell and plugs directly into short‑term rental (STR) search, ranking, and risk tools. Today, STR platforms optimise for photos, price, and ratings, but miss most of what matters to vulnerable travellers (women, guests with accessibility needs, families): the block outside the front door. StreetKey fuses open city data, reviews, and crowdsourcing into a single score that covers safety, accessibility, vibe, and people's experience. This helps STR platforms both reduce insurance and reputational risk around unsafe stays, and unlock upside from underserved segments like travellers with accessibility needs (roughly one in six people globally) and women (more than half of Airbnb and Vrbo guests).
